The Scholarly Kitchen is the blog for the Society of Scholarly Publishers, which does seem to include all the major academic publishing houses. Contributions to the blog address many aspects of scholarly publishing and discourse amongst scholars and therefore provides material useful for anyone taking an active interest in the shape of the ASO initiative - not just the editorial team. Subscribing to the SSP daily newsletter throws up consistently interesting material (if you are interested in that kind of thing!) From the About page:
The mission of the Society for Scholarly Publishing is “[t]o advance scholarly publishing and communication, and the professional development of its members through education, collaboration, and networking.” The Scholarly Kitchen is a moderated and independent blog aimed to help fulfill this mission by bringing together differing opinions, commentary, and ideas, and presenting them openly.
